The Defendant was involved in a verbal dispute with his wife. The Defendant, during the argument with his wife, grabbed her by the arm to get her attention. She called 911 and the police came to their home. The police arrested the Defendant for Domestic Battery. The next day the Judge put a no contact order in place to prevent the Defendant from contacting his wife and ordered him to find a different place to reside. AnneMarie Rizzo immediately began investigating the case and had a motion scheduled in front of the Judge to get the No Contact Order lifted right away. AnneMarie discussed with the Prosecutor the reasons to drop the charges against her client. The Prosecutor dismissed all battery charges.
